The Ask: work alongside the BILSTEIN Marketing Team to plan, manage, promote and design for a Social Media Channel and Influencer event at a Ford Bronco Off-Roadeo (BOR) location. This event should offer a specialized experience showcasing the BILSTEIN Shock Absorbers on the new Ford Bronco.
The Goal: overall goal was to create a cohesive multi-day event for multiple influencers and channels to experience the BOR event first hand alongside exclusive time with those most knowledgeable on the BILSTEIN Shock Absorber featured on the new Ford Bronco.
The Results: with the BILSTEIN Marketing Team we created a 3 day experience for 12 channels and influencers at the BOR Austin Texas Location. Curating a BILSTEIN specific event at a Ford experience did offer some challenges but thanks to great communication from the Marketing Team Lead we were able to design multiple display and apparel touch points for the BILSTEIN brand throughout the BOR experience. The Channels and Influencers left Texas with content that allowed for in depth while also exciting coverage of the BILSTEIN brand its capabilities on the Ford Bronco and more.
